The ground level has two bedrooms. Upon entry, to the left is bedroom one containing two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom as well as an attached laundry room complete with two sets of washers and dryers. Across the hall is the second bedroom with two king beds and en-suite bathroom that doubles with access to the pool.
 
Walking up the staircase you'll find the main floor. To the left is a third bedroom containing two king beds and a full bath. To the right, is the kitchen, dining and living areas. Sit back, relax and soak up the picturesque views of the ocean as you enjoy breakfast at the bar or take your morning coffee out onto the spacious balcony to feel the island breeze.
 
On the top floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, is solely the master suite. This bedroom has a California king bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony.
 
The outdoor entertaining area is stunning, featuring a custom heated pool with waterfalls and built-in hot tub. Soak up the sun in one of the many loungers or catch some shade and enjoy a cold beverage under the waterfront pavilion. In the evenings, roast marshmallows over the fire pit as you watch the light from the moon dance over the waves. With a gated entry, paver driveway, and plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, this home is the epitome of luxury living.
 
The owner's boat will remain on the boat lift at the property and is available for charter with a local captain at an additional charge. Hook up on mahi-mahi, snapper, wahoo and bring back dinner! The captain will clean them right at the house. Not a boater? No worries! Two paddle boards and two kayaks are provided for you to explore the turquoise waters.

Conveniently located in south Key Largo you will find yourself just minutes away from shops and restaurants, 3-5 miles from grocery stores, and 8 miles from the famed John Pennekamp park.
