Downstairs, you'll find an in-law's suite complete with a separate living space, fully stocked kitchen, king bed and full bathroom.

Take a dip in the heated and chilled pool that includes a baja shelf and bubbler, ideal lounging or play. Bringing your boats isn’t a problem, as this house has 50’ of concrete dockage and comes outfitted with a 15,000 lb boat lift and commercial size ice maker to keep your dinner or cocktails cold for those long days on the water. Only a short idle up the canal and you will be able to fuel up your vessel at the neighboring gas station. This is a prime boater's location as you are provided direct access to the Florida Bay and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15’ of clearance.
