One suite includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, while the other offers a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, a private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette, giving guests the freedom of their own space with all the comforts of home.

The yard features lush turf landscaping and a spacious pool equipped with both a heater and a chiller, ensuring comfort in every season. Guests can enjoy a friendly round of putting on the green, play a game of corn hole, or simply unwind in one of the many seating areas. The dock area is a boater’s dream, complete with a 15,000 lb boat lift, a floating dock for kayaks and paddleboards, and an outdoor kitchen area featuring a grill, sink, and drink ice machine. Please note: The owner’s boat is parked in the front yard on the left side of the property. However, there is still ample parking available for multiple vehicles. 

Just minutes away, you’ll find a variety of excellent restaurants and local favorites. Old Tavernier, a long-standing community gem since 1988. Stop by Crooked Palm Cabana for happy hour and enjoy craft cocktails, local brews, and wood-fired bites. For everyday essentials, Tavernier Towne Plaza is only two minutes north and offers grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, and more. For even more excitement, head just 10 minutes south to Downtown Islamorada, known for its lively atmosphere, boutique shops, and renowned restaurants. And if you’re feeling adventurous, Key West is only a scenic two-hour drive south, offering a day trip filled with history, dining, and unforgettable island energy.
