Designed with entertaining in mind, the open living space leads directly out to the intimate backyard allowing endless opportunity for entertaining and indoor/outdoor living.

Follow the staircase up to the second level and you'll find a loft with a daybed and two queen bedrooms connected by a jack-n-jill full bath. The master bedroom features a four-poster king bed and a designated “work from home” space consisting of a desk, printer and high speed internet. The spacious bathroom offers two vanities, separate water closet, oversized shower and your own private built-in wooden sauna for complete relaxation for both the body and mind.

Take full advantage of the great outdoor space! Unwind under the cabana with drinks, take a dip in the heated pool, or utilize the 65’ of private dock space by bringing your boats.

In the garage, you'll have a full size washer and dryer, ping pong table, bicycles, as well as a golf cart which will come in handy getting to and from the private Port Antigua beach. As a guest of the homeowner, you'll have access to this exclusive amenity which includes a white sandy beach, grills, tiki huts and picnic tables.

This home is located on the island of Lower Matecumbe Key. At the top of the neighborhood is a local seafood market with fresh local lobster, fish, shrimp and more. Just five minutes north is the world famous Robbies, which offers fishing and snorkel charters, a restaurant and bar, shops, parasailing, kayaks and paddle board rentals. You can even hand feed the enormous tarpon! Habanos is another local favorite, where you can experience oceanfront dining and classic Cuban cuisine. Downtown Islamorada is only 10 minutes north and offers endless restaurants, breweries, shopping, activities and grocery. Key West is a beautiful 1.5 hour drive south.
