Entering the home, you will immediately admire the open concept, modern appearance and expansive windows offering views of the pool and dock. Every window in the house has newly installed, advanced films that keep out 99% of UV rays and harsh sunlight. Also, each window has motorized blinds that can be controlled manually or electronically.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with anything a budding chef would need including Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a coffee station and island with bar seating. The cozy living space opens to the backyard allowing endless opportunity for entertaining and indoor/outdoor living.

Take advantage of the fully covered outdoor summer kitchen featuring a wet bar, beverage fridge, Weber grill, dining table, mosquito misting system and TV to keep up with the viewing of your choice. Take full advantage of our beautiful Florida Keys and soak up the sun in one of the ergonomic loungers or take a dip in the pool, which comes complete with a heater/chiller. Hidden around the corner is a convenient outdoor shower.

Bringing a boat? This property has 70' feet of concrete dockage with direct access to the bay and easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek, both just a short ride north or south.

Within a short distance from the house you will find some amazing restaurants such as Old Tavernier, which has been a local’s favorite since 1988. Enjoy brunch at Made-to-Order and indulge in waffles, pancakes, and mimosas. Swing in Mar Bar for happy hour and fresh cracked stone crab claws. Florida Keys Dive Center is one mile up the road where you can become a certified scuba diver or head out for an afternoon snorkeling trip! A quick five minute drive north and you will find Tavernier Towne Plaza which has grocery shopping, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, movie theater and more! Downtown Islamorada is just 10 minutes south which offers endless restaurants, breweries, shopping, activities and a second grocery option. Key West is a beautiful two hour drive south.
