This home is located in the Fishing Capital of the World, so be sure to bring your boat because this home has a 50ft concrete dock with a 15,000 lb boat lift. Via the wide, deep canal you will have easy and immediate access to the Florida Bay and convenient access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek. After a successful day of fishing you will come home to a lovely outdoor living area to unwind and relax while watching boats go by. Head inside and cook your catch of the day in the fully stocked and updated kitchen that features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open living plan allows for the cook to never miss a beat and still be a part of the fun!
Not a fisherman? No problem! This home is located only 3 miles from Founders Park and features a bayfront beach, olympic size swimming pool, kids splash pad, picnic areas, playgrounds, fitness and walking trails, basketball court, soccer field, baseball field, pickle ball court, and a golf driving cage (Park entry fee required). A 10 minute drive north or south will take you to Key Largo or downtown Islamorada, both offering endless restaurants, breweries, shopping and activities. Key West is a scenic 2 hour drive south.
Within walking distance you will find some amazing restaurants such as Old Tavernier, that has been a local’s favorite since 1988. Enjoy brunch at Made-to-Order and indulge in waffles, pancakes, and mimosas! Captains Craigs is just a two minute walk down the street and is widely known for their world famous fish sandwich. Florida Keys Dive Center is right across the street where you can become a certified scuba diver or head out for an afternoon snorkeling trip! A quick 1 mile drive north and you will find Tavernier Towne Plaza which has grocery shopping, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, movie theater and more!

The home was perfect to host the group we had. It was clean, inviting and want for naught. The 3 full baths let everyone have their own space. Enough room to hang out and not trip over each other. Fishing amenities from the house is great, we had a boat and a jet ski with enough room. If you are not out fishing the back deck is perfect for hanging out, relaxing and waving at the boats going by. We are ready to go back, next vacation is already booked. Dont pass this one up! Perfect location.

Great patio with covered seating area. Easy to relax on shore and quick to get out on the water.
Great location in the Florida keys. Access to both Oceanside and gulf side by boat. grocery shopping, fuel, (extremely convenient boat fueling) bait shops, dive shops, restaurants are all just a short walk, drive or boat ride away.
Clean comfortable accommodations.

The property was very clean and had amazing space for my large family. I loved the theme throughout the house and it had a very fun vibe. We really loved that it had every amenity we would have at home including a washer and dryer and full kitchen set up! We definitely plan to come back to this property in the near future!

This house was extremely clean and welcoming, with plenty of space for a large group of people. It's close to everything in town, including stores, restaurant's, and outdoor activities. The boat lift made it easy to bring a boat and dock it in our back yard everyday. The reefs are within a short boat ride to be able to go diving or snorkeling and see all the cool underwater life. I will definitely be coming back to this property in the future.

A very nice, clean, and comfortable rental home that offers a very welcoming atmosphere. The home is close to pretty much anything you could ask for and the drive to Key West is more than do-able. It really puts you right in the middle of everything, anything from late night entertainment, popular restaurants with excellent food, to multiple dive shops along the way within minutes of the home. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very relaxing yet entertaining vacation.

The 132 Gardenia Street property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! This three bedroom, three bathroom house had all of the amenities that we could ask for during our family visit to The Florida Keys. It is well lit, a TV in every room, beautiful patio furniture, and easy access to the water. Both couches are also pull-out beds, allowing approximately 10 people to stay at a time. I also hear that they are planning to put in a pool this fall to add to this adorable home. The property was also the perfect location in the Keys, allowing us to easily visit Key Largo, Marathon, and venture down to Key West for a day. It is only an hour from Miami and 1.5 hrs from Ft. Lauderdale, giving plenty of options for airports and even a potential day trip if interested. There are several local restaurants in the area (within a 15 min drive) that were very good as well. I expect we will visit again soon!
