At the end of Johnny Rd. sits a haven of tranquility waiting for you to soak up! This state of the art and lavish home comfortably houses 12 adults. With four (4) bedrooms, (three (3) of them en suite), four (4) full baths and two more ½ baths, there is ample room and privacy for all guests visiting.
Bringing your boats isn’t a problem, as this house has a combined 140’ of private dock space and 50amp shore power. You are provided with quick access to both ocean and bay through Tavernier Creek, with approximately 15’ of clearance. Before you go fishing, fuel up your boat at the neighboring marina, and make sure you have enough ice to keep your dinner or cocktails cold. 216 Johnny Road has a 900lb ice maker, and when you get back in there is a lighted fish cleaning station at the dock for you to clean your catch.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is ready for quick meals or elaborate dinners, you choose. Take full advantage of the Florida Keys sunshine by eating al fresco. Sit by the heated and chilled pool that overlooks the canal and prepare your meals at the summer kitchen that has all your dining essentials at your fingertips. Not wanting to BBQ? There is also a built in Lynx flat top outside. The upstairs sunset deck also provides you with an additional grilling area and a fire pit for those chilly winter nights.
Not to mention, this home is also equipped with flat screen TV’s in every bedroom, both living spaces and outside by the pool. The integrated Sonos system offers the ultimate wireless home sound system that streams off the house WiFi network and fills the home with brilliant sound, indoors and out.
With small notice ahead of time, we have other additional services available. Daily housekeeping and or a personal chef can accommodate your everyday needs. And if you needed the refrigerator or wine cooler stocked before arrival, just let us know. Yes, it’s that easy!
