On the third floor is the second guest bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, there's a full-size washer and dryer tucked away in the hall closet. The primary bedroom is also on this floor and also features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a private balcony with breath-taking waterfront views, the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise.

The ground floor features a garage where you can enjoy games like ping pong, corn hole, Connect Four, and Jenga. You can also cool off in the community pool or bring your boat and take advantage of the wet slips located right out front. With close proximity to the famous Islamorada sandbar, you can experience the unforgettable crystal-clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. During spring and summer, fish Channel 2 or Channel 5 bridge for the world-famous “Silver Kings” (tarpon) for a fierce fight. Dockage must be reserved prior to arrival and is included in the rate. There is no trailer parking on-site.
