The downstairs area, which has a separate exterior entrance, is also comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxing stay. It boasts another fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessary flatware and cookware, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy dining on the screened-in porch, where you can savor the fresh air.
After a day of adventure, unwind by taking a refreshing dip in the pool or lounging poolside amidst beautifully landscaped grounds filled with tropical plants and trees. Sunshine Villa also provides ample dockage, complete with power and water hookups, allowing for direct access to the Florida Bay and easy navigation to the Atlantic Ocean via Tavernier Creek. Additionally, this home features a viewing deck that offers serene sunset views.
