For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet, allowing you to easily take care of any laundry needs during your stay. The primary bedroom, located on the same floor, is a tranquil oasis that boasts a king-sized bed, ample desk space, and an en-suite bathroom. The private balcony will leave you feeling like you're floating on the water.

The garage also doubles as a playroom, equipped with a TV, table tennis table, and other games. This is the perfect spot for kids (or kids-at-heart) to have some fun. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the villa's paddleboards and kayaks as well as access to the community pool and wet slips for bay boats 25' and under. With proximity to the famous Islamorada sandbar and Everglades National Park, you'll have endless opportunities to explore the great outdoors. Dockage must be reserved prior to arrival and is included in the rate. There is no trailer parking on-site.
