The shared common area offers complimentary boat dockage with power and fresh water, an array of lounge furniture for both shade and sun loving guests, BBQ grills, filet table, hammocks, chickee hut and much more.
This cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and comes equipped with central AC, ceiling fans, wall safes, cable, WIFI and VOIP phones.
Little Bay Cottage: Bright & spacious with a large master bedroom, sunroom, laundry room, kitchen and 2 full baths.
Master Bedroom: 1 King, 1 Sofa sleeper
Sunroom: 1 Twin Murphy Bed, Sofa slepper
