This beautifully updated and spacious two bedroom, one bath home is tucked away on a large landscaped lot in the heart of Islamorada and within walking or biking distance to Islamorada's famed Arts and Cultural district and to some of the most renowned restaurants, breweries, marinas and boutiques in the Florida Keys. Between the high vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, inside laundry, BBQ, cable and internet, it’s easy to make yourself right at home! The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a twin bed and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
Included in your stay is access to a private members only club (only 1.5 miles away!) that offers a peaceful, secluded sanctuary complete with a heated and chilled pool, tiki bar, and tournament rated fishing captains available for hire to take you out to experience the fantastic fishing Islamorada has to offer. Head out to the Everglades National Park and fish the flats for tarpon, snook and bonefish or head out to the oceanside for the other fishing experience that brings avid anglers here year after year!
For the other water experiences Islamorada has to offer that can’t be missed, snorkel tours, kayaks, paddle boards and sandbar cruises, these can all be booked here as well. The club also has showers available and weekly events such as live music, painting nights, food truck and more.

The house + location are great. Went to almost all the bars and restaurants, fished several times, and caught plenty of fish. Snorkeling and sandbars too. Rode bikes everyday. Do everything there is to do. You can't go wrong.
Recommendations: Lorelei, Green Turtle, Midway Cafe, Keys Brewery, Morada Bay, Islander, Island Grill. Good fishing at Robbies or Miss Islamorada.

The property exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what I needed when I visit the keys - a beautiful cottage that is clean and private. I could walk to shops and restaurants or rent a bike and explore a little further. It was a lot of fun! This property was wonderful and I would absolutely stay again!

he process of booking with Coastal was very efficient. Everyone was very helpful and quick to answer any questions and address any concerns.

The Carroll St cottage is very comfortable and has everything needed for a care feel stay. The rental agent and owner were very easy to work with and responsive. We look forward to staying there again in the near future. The property is off the main streets and was recently remodeled. It has a beautiful yard.
