Situated just one home in from the open Atlantic Ocean you will experience exquisite sunrises and ocean views all day long. The rooftop deck provides the perfect place to soak up the warm Florida sunshine or take in 180 degree views of Key Largo and the Atlantic Ocean. There is ample dockage for your boat so you don’t have to waste anytime getting out on the water to explore some of the best fishing, diving, and snorkeling that they Keys has to offer. After a successful day on the water come back to Casa Kai and prepare a home cooked meal in the spacious fully stocked kitchen or chef up something delicious on the outdoor gas grill. Dine outside with seating for 8 to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even cocktails and appetizers. The property also features a tiki hut on the canal so you can escape the sun or try and spot a manatee! Upstairs offers a spacious living area along with one bedroom and one full bathroom. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a walk in laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The whole house WiFi makes it easy to stay connected and share your Florida Keys adventures with friends and family back home. Conveniently Located in south Key Largo you will find yourself just minutes away from shops and restaurants, 3-5 miles from grocery stores, and 8 miles from the famed John Pennekamp park. Take a day trip to Key West and experience the stunning 2 hour drive that takes you over 42 bridges, including the famous 7-mile bridge! 

Pets are considered based on breed, weight and age. Any pet must be approved prior to arrival and is subject to a non-refundable pet fee. No animal is allowed on the premises without prior authorization.
