If fishing is what you’ve come to the Keys for, this home gives you up to 80’ of dockage with 50amp shore power on an extra wide canal. Being one property away from the Bay, and within minutes from Channel 2 and Channel 5 bridges, this home provides easy and direct access to both the Florida Bay and Atlantic Ocean. If you aren’t able to bring your own boat, we can “hook you up” with fishing charters located just minutes from your stay. This retreat can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 3 children, with 3 ensuite bedrooms, and an upstairs loft with additional sleeping for kids. Sitting on over half an acre of land, this home lends lots of space and privacy by offering a pool and spa, pool bath, two tiki huts, wet bar, sun deck, outdoor grill and ample backyard space. Kids will be able to entertain themselves for hours fishing right off the dock, swimming in the pool or challenging the family to a game of pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen to let you cook your catch for the days and nights you want to stay in and utilize everything this home has to offer! You’ll experience some of the most incredible sunrises and sunsets we boast about right from comfort of this home. “Bayview Paradise” has what it takes for a relaxing abandonment of all responsibility!

Wonderful property with dockage! The owners are excellent hosts, and the property had everything we were looking for. Pool, Jacuzzi, view of Florida bay, excellent dockage, quick access to the bay or ocean, a boaters paradise.

My husband and I just stayed at Bayview Paradise for the month of February, 2022 and all I can say is that it is very aptly named! Paradise pretty much sums this place up. Everything about the property was terrific starting with the location. Situated right by the end of a wide canal where it empties into the bay, the property overlooks the Gulf and offers a truly breathtaking view. Dolphins and manatees were frequent visitors, and the sunsets were spectacular! The spacious outdoor living areas are hard to beat, with a heated pool and spa and two Tiki huts equipped with everything you could ask for. That includes a bar, TV, icemaker, tables and plenty of seating. There was more than enough room available to dock our boat, and for guests to tie up as well. The indoor space was better equipped than any rental weve ever had, with just about any kitchen/household item you could possibly want. Each of the 3 bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, the rooms were generous and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the loft, which includes a really nice pool table. And while we didnt need them, there were additional beds available up in the loft as well. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the owner lives nearby, willing to help out with anything we needed. We were sad to discover that the property has already been booked for next February otherwise we would definitely be planning to return then!

We have stayed in many locations and properties over the years for our Keys vacation. Bayview paradise was right up at the top of the list as one of our favorites. Clean home with ample space for our group of 8-9. The dockage is fantastic with easy ocean access. The outside space (pool, chickee) was perfect. Easy to communicate with Dave (owner) and property management team. Overall a great stay.

The house is perfect for an ideallic stay in the Florida Keys! The island is meant to be experienced outdoors and this house delivers! The outside living space leaves nothing to be desired and the sunsets on the property are absolutely perfect. The design of the jacuzzi, pool and tiki hut are absolutely ideal.
The house is great for families or couples. There are three bedrooms, plus the upstairs loft that also has a bed. There is also a pool table for indoor activities. The kitchen is perfect for making your own meals and it should be noted that Instacart will deliver from Publix.
