Working with Coastal Vacations was a breeze! You answered all my questions quickly and the booking process was easy.

Peaceful Palms #6 was a great place to spend the week in Islamorada! The whole home was super clean and well decorated. The location was perfect for us, close to plenty of things to do as well as quiet and chill when we needed that. The paddle boards were great to have - we were able to see two manatee, turtles, baby sharks and plenty of fish during low tide. The bikes were nice to take down to Starbucks or the marina. We hope to be back someday soon - what a great vacation we had down in the Keys!

The process to book, sign the rental agreement, check-in, and check-out were so easy and thorough. There was no confusion and everything was communicated up front.

The condo was very spacious for our group of six. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, and an onsite ice machine. Our favorite spot was probably the screened in porch where we started the day with breakfast and ended the day with cocktails. Having the key pad at the front door made it easy for everyone to come and go as they wanted.

Our visit to Island Time was magical!! From swimming in the heated pool to Kayaking with the manatees in the canal, our stay was totally outstanding. This house has it all going for it. From the beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, ample linens and plenty of indoor space so everyone isnt on top of each other. Additionally where the magic truly is in the outside space. We dined at the outside table, barbecued a lot and had some great seafood meals. Morning coffee on the roof top deck to sunset cocktails up there too, catching the amazing views. Plenty of outdoor space for sun lovers as well as shaded areas for those who need to protect from the sun. My favorite spot was on the dock, canal side, watching manatees swim by and waving to all the boaters who pass on their way out to the bay. Coastal Vacation Rentals management team was responsive and easy to communicate with for any questions we encountered during our stay. They respected our desire for privacy always notifying us if ground keeper crews would be there, pool maintenance on Mondays and even helped schedule a last minute cleaning of the in-law apartment down below during a change in guests. We stayed at Condo Mother Ocean and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Everything was outstanding! The view, the location, the cleanliness of the Condo, the ease of parking, the close location to the dock for our boat. In addition the Condo had every amenity we needed. It had fast internet, plenty of kitchen appliances, even a slow cooker! I was amazed at all the things that were there including, large beach towels, kids toys and games, comfy mattresses, The owner put a lot of attention into making sure the guests had everything they might need for a great vacation there. The owner. Also checked in on us to make sure we found everything we might need and if we had any questions or wanted info on restaurants or shopping in the area. That was a nice touch. We would definitely come here again and I already miss sitting on the balcony with my coffee watching the sun come up and looking at the ocean waves.

The house + location are great. Went to almost all the bars and restaurants, fished several times, and caught plenty of fish. Snorkeling and sandbars too. Rode bikes everyday. Do everything there is to do. You can't go wrong. Recommendations: Lorelei, Green Turtle, Midway Cafe, Keys Brewery, Morada Bay, Islander, Island Grill. Good fishing at Robbies or Miss Islamorada.

Caroline in the office staff there are very easy to communicate with, the entire rental process is made extremely easy.

The unit was newly renovated, served our family very well, was very reasonably priced. The fits and finishes couldve been nicer, but everything was new and clean, have zero complaints. It served my family very well. We look forward to renting again in the future.

It exceeded my expectations. The home has every possible item that you may need. The decor was super, the game room downstairs was a really nice touch as I travelled with a 5 year old. The furniture was beautiful, all of the amenities in the townhouse were 5 star. The community was well thought out and is perfect for boaters and just relaxers. we had access to bicycles, and paddleboards and the famous sand bar was visible from the balcony. I didnt need it but i noticed a charging station for electric vehicles which just shows the level of detail that was considered in this home. Looking forward to returning soon.

Me and my three adult daughters enjoyed a relaxing week celebrating my birthday!! The home was awesome, everything as pictured, beautifully furnished and well stocked. Weather was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our special week !!
